The Azorean Community for Evangelism has been vetted and approved to receive donations on-line through the Charities Aid Foundation America (CAFAmerica). They serve as a government-approved middle-man for hundreds of overseas charities.
Donor Advised Gifts sent through CAFAmerica are fully tax-deductible in the United States.
CAFAmerica does charge a fee for the process (not unlike fees charged/withheld by mission organizations for overhead expenses). The most economical way to contribute is to send an annual or semi-annual gift rather than frequent smaller amounts.
